Great location , well presented and process for booking/ check in was seemless

The heating is indifferent - side bedrooms were very cold, while the dining room upstairs bedrooms was like a sauna ( whereby we had to open doors)

Location , size, nice and cozy with the fire

Great location, kids enjoyed the ducks! The house was nice and clean.

We did know about the bedroom on mezzanine floor, it was fine for our family but it wouldn’t suit everybody. It was lacking a mirror & hanging space.

Loved the location and the balcony for an evening meal.

Some sharp knives and a sieve (for rice), a better peeler and some small bowls would be great additions to the kitchen. :)

Loved the fire place and location. Beautiful outside deck that looks out over lake.

Wished I had known the 3rd bedroom was a mezzanine (we were in apartment 460). So as soon a light was on in the lounge, no more sleeping in that room. Floor boards extremely creaky thoughout whole house, so the minute someone was awake, everyone was.

We were a couple, traveling with three family members in their mid 80's having three bedrooms was terrific. The location was great, close to pools, cafes and shops. Drive on to the property was a bonus. Thank you for the earlier check in at 2pm.

Unfortunately I'm saddened to write that the shower over the bath without a grab hand rail or anti slip mat in the bath made showering too dangerous. Neither of the 3 elderly people were able to shower for three days. When walking across the downstairs floor the wooden boards squeaked with every foot trod. Three doors had to be forcible opened and closed due to wood swelling or movement of the aluminium frame.

Great location as you can walk to town but place is getting run down and was dusty. Needs updating and spring clean.

Location was excellent, easy walk to town centre, beautiful view of lake

There was mess on the carpet when we arrived and there was a mouse
