Relaxing, super private and clean

The rough road going there, however if you arw looking a bit if an adventure then it would be fun.

The property was situated in an isolated beautiful location. With spectacular 180 degrees view of the sea. The sea down the steps from the property was crystal clear, we swam almost twice a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Then go and swim in the swimming pool which spotlessly clean. The care taker Richard was very friendly and helpful.

It was very hard to find and the care taker was in the our rooms shower when we arrived showering .

Breakfast is not served in the property. However, you can cook breakfast at their spacious kitchen. Overall, the experience is pleasant and enjoyable.

Full access to the private beach, complete amenities, and cleanliness. The property is perched in a hill, overlooking the beach. The breathtaking view is to die for. Overall, a pleasant unforgetable experience.

Aircon was not working it is small for the size of the room they need to improve the kubo for the guest to be comfortable

You need a four wheeled vehicle if you are to stay here. We were not informed as to that. The owner knew we were arriving by bus then trike and as instructed by them we had food, water, toiletries, and towels, (they do not provide any of this). So they knew we would have luggage. We were told to call when we arrived at Caoayan, known as Napacor, which we did. We were told then to take a trike to Bay Bay Norte Elementary and to call them when we arrived there. The trike ride was a very long one costing 600P. We arrived at the elementary school and called them, no answer. We made several calls and continued to receive no answer. Eventually the employee showed up with a torn t-shirt and riding on a motorcycle. My first thought was that he had trouble with the car or van but that was incorrect. He told us that we were going to ride the motorcycle with him to get to the place. We asked if we could follow in the trike, and he stated that the trike would not make it up the steep dirt road incline. His plan was for him to first take the luggage to the cottage, come back get one of us and then return for the other. This was not a safe situation, going up a steep incline dirt road on a motorcycle. So, we were forced to cancel our reservation. They have refused to return our funds. We have contacted booking.com and are waiting for help. Please know that you need a 4-wheel vehicle to get there safely. UPDATE: After contacting booking.com the owner agreed to only a 50% refund. We accepted.
