good location near the mall, friendly host. Security

The house has not been maintained. Bathroom plumbing is old. We do not recommend La Casa Felice to elderly guests. The staircase is too steep. There are 3 steps to go to the downstairs powder room is dangerous, It caused my 83 year old sister to nearly fall. We recommended to the host that they install a railing for support to go down the toilet downstairs. We also recommended for the host to install handle bars in all bathrooms for safety, as the bathroom tile floors are slippery. We requested rice cooker, the rice cooker provided does not work. There is no bread toaster.
