A casa é excelente, é enorme. Localização espetacular,o sr.Eusebio muito prestável.

Falta de limpeza, fronhas sujas, quarto sem estore, toalhas velhas e manchadas, jacuzzi sem limpar (ainda com restos da pele colada dos anteriores) lixo exterior sem recolha, cozinha sem higiene, não estava preparada para receber,apenas varreram o chão, tivemos de limpar a cozinha de cima abaixo, falta de iluminação no exterior.

I like everything. I honestly was not expecting to be a very good place to stay. Prior to booking the place, I read the reviews, and they were good and hence why I booked the place. However, when I got there, I did not expect to be very good. It has everything you need to stay and the only thing you need is to bring your food and there is no need for you to leave the place. It's secure and has total privacy. There is plenty of space for the children to play, there is the river right beside the property to do kayaking, and boats are provided and the equipment. You can go for a swimming if you would like. Clear waters. There is a barcecue area and jacuzzi area, a place to chill out. There is also a booklet with activities information around the area for anyone who likes adventure. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 in the main house and 1 separate from the house, I stayed in the bedroom separate from the house (I mean, it's all one building, but the room it's in the ground floor and it's has its own toilet) it's the cooler room in the all house and it offers more privacy, there is also 1 bathrom and one ensuite with shower in the main house. Open kitchen living room plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the cuttlery/pans you need and also has a snooker table for all the family to play snooker. For a family with children, an excellent place to stay. For someone who just wants quite an excellent place to stay. You will be in the middle of nature. If you stay in the ground floor bedroom, keep your door close (I had some visitors, but nothing too much), but it is normal. After all, we are in their habitat, and the house its surrounded by nature. It's not a chick with high-tech stuff full of expensive stuff... It's a functional and straightforward place that offers a great stay for anyone who is not into luxury stuff and values peace, tranquillity, and family time more than anything.

I don't say, I did not like. But I think it's needed to improve the place, and it's not negative comments, far from it. Actually, our family agreed to book the place again for the next family holidays. The things it needs to improve are; Air conditioning in the bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the house are hot), but it's due to the construction of the house (it's a stone house). To change some of the fixtures and fittings and to put mosquito nets in the windows (due to the house next to a river, it's normal to have mosquitos). If these things are changed, then the place will be top plus.

Le ménage dans la cuisine n’a pas été bien fait et il y a beaucoup trop de produits dans le jacuzzi donc il y a une odeur désagréable

Great location on the bank of the river. The pool table in the living room upgraded our time in the house. Host was attentive but didn't go the extra mile.

House wasn't sufficiently heated due to a reoccurring system fault. There was a lack of blankets. The house wasnt prepared properly for our stay and was lacking essentials (some were eventually supplied by the owner). The jacuzzi which we really looked forward to didn't heat up enough (hardly 30 degrees). Owner said that's how it is...

The Location was awesome as just adjacent to the river. The main Hall is huge and have lots of sitting space. The pool table was fun to have. Kitchen with all utensils. Were not able to find the drinking water arrangement though. Canoe with safety gears was also available and some fun activities in garden.

The name of villa was not mentioned anywhere outside on gate/Boundry. The location on Booking app is incorrect. If you reach at night there is no outside lighting and finding your way is very difficult. Overall to reach the exact place is very difficult.
