"Amazing house under a spectacular cliff, right in the centre of Punakaiki activiites."

This place is fantastic in so many ways: its situation, the garden, the huge rooms in the house, the verandah to sit out on, the massive kitchen, the proximity to the a great place to eat and the beach. We would have loved to spend longer here as it was stop overnight on a road trip. Just being in the house is enough, but there are walks, kayaking and the beach all very close by.

It is next to the main road so there is some noise but the double glazing reduces that a lot. It got really hot inside but there is no flywire so leaving the windows open let in mosquitoes.
