"Exceptional"

Great area. Not too far to walk to the pier. 15 minutes walk to go to nice bars (indie beach, Rasta View, ...). Area is remote and quite. Good price. Love the Aircon.

The area is very hot and wet, so it is difficult to keep the bungalow dry.
