Oceanside - Paihia Waterfront Apartment

Didn't get breakfast 😕 great location

Noise motor outside from aircon, toilet seat loss ,no fresh towel service..

Excellent location. Place very clean. Plenty of towers. Instructions came on time. Beds firm but not rock hard. Facilities were good. Had trouble with TV, managed to work out the technical issues.

Pillows were too soft, went flat. TV is a bit old and bath plug didn't hold the water as the bath would run low. The internet would drop out while watching online, eg youtube. It was a pleasant stay Otherwise, no issues

Couldn’t access the internet to begin with and staff member had to show us how. Lights above hob need attention. One didn’t work and the other was hanging loose. Oven door has loose hinge on left hand side. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. We left butter and orange juice in fridge but rang and advised of this so it would not go to waste. Also think we left behind in the ensuite a man’s electric razor. Lady at reception was called Hope and she was extremely helpful.

Location of the property is great! Can walk around and do not have to rely on transport to get you anywhere locally.

Rooms were extremely well lit in the middle of the night due to external stairwell lighting. Curtains blocked out a lot but the light still shine through making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

The apartment was fantastic, loads of space to spread out. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows all spotlessly clean. Lots of games and videos for families to use.

Having a local apartments yard right outside the rear windows.

great location. fabulous secure parking. apartment itself is beautiful and has exceptionally facilities.
