"Very good"

Lovely city location, property had lots of character and charm.

Despite trying to contact the number, we were unable to do so and ended up booking another hotel room for the night. The agent did eventually get back to us at 11.20pm, and we managed to check in, but we're £80 out of pocket. The drains upstairs in the master bedroom smelt terrible.

"Superb"

Location, spacious rooms

The property has problems with the drains. It smelt very badly of sewage in all the bathrooms.

"Bad experience"

The accommodation is in poor condition, some electrical appliances do not work properly, we were without hot water for 48 hours. The house it is very noisy, you can hear all the cars on the street and the planes that go to the airport. In addition, the main bathroom stank during the entire stay.

"Very relaxing and enjoyable stay"

Central location, good size, clean and modern accommodation with lots of facilities and great value for money - will definitely stay here again!

Very minor niggles that did not impact our stay, few wee things to sort to make it great e.g. loose and ill fitting toilet seats and drain covers, loose shower fixing points and could do with a bedside lamp in the bedroom and front door difficult to push open needs a good shove.
