Very nice place to stay. Highly recommended

Good location and great value for money

Dirty towels from previous guests left in laundry. Cutlery drawer dirty and broken glass left in bin. Fridge was dirty.

The location was peaceful and relaxing. Loved the space throughout. Highly recommend for large families

Large property that fit our family. Easy to access and instructions and comms from the host were good. Bathrooms were all clean, and it was located in a quiet area of Rotorua

The bed downstairs in the room closest to the toilet was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on wood. All the other beds were fine, according to our family, but this really ruined our stay. Fortunately there were other bed options as we had a pregnant family member with us. Carpet also created a funny smell in the house.

Beautiful place & spacious

We were disappointed to find leftover food still in the microwave upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness and preparation of the space. Also one of the toilet was not cleaned properly on the ground floor and we found some rubbish in the corners all around the house. There was no milk in the fridge to prepare tea, which is always available at other places. No extra bin liners were available at the property. Dish washing liquid was nearly finished. In addition cloth dryer was not working properly. While the rest of the house seemed okay, this oversight affected our overall experience. We had also messaged on the contact number given online about these issues but there was no response. We hope the host takes steps to ensure better attention to detail for future guest.
