USThe host was extremely gracious and accommodating. She had thought of literally everything that a traveler could need to be comfortable. Could not have been a better stay!

CAAnne and Matt were so friendly and welcoming and their house was excellent — super spacious, incredibly clean (certainly the cleanest we’ve stayed at during our roadtrip), had a washer and dryer, and, unlike most places in Rotorua you can walk right down to the lake! Rotorua is a magical place but I wish we could have stayed even longer to really enjoy the sauna and hot tub as well.
USWelcoming host Anne. It is rare to have your host there to welcome you. This place everything you need for your stay. Anee provided bottled water for us to drink. We wished we had stayed many more days.

When I read it was “On the Lake” I hoped we could SEE the lake from the house. In fact, it was a 5 minute walk through trees to get down to a place where you could see the water.
AUIt was roomy and so comfortable. The beds and linen were excellent and each bedroom had its own ensuite. Ann & Matt made us feel so welcome. There was absolutely nothing they hadn’t thought of for one of the best stays we’ve had in our travels.

NZWe enjoyed our entire stay at the fabulous Tikitere Lodge. From the effort put into all of the details from the fantastic hosts to ensure our stay was nothing but exceptional, we treasured it all. The lodge was fantastic and spa and sauna were magic! The care, the comfort, and the ataahua vibe was next level, and we would highly recommend it to anyone considering this special place.
