River Terrace Cottage

The cottage was comfortable

You have to pay when you get there, which can get a little awkward if you don't have a lot of cash on you.

The accommodation was excellent……spacious, quiet & set in a beautiful river valley on a farm. The scenery from the cottage was unreal & is in the hinterland of Motueka, perhaps 30 mins away from the coast! It is easy enough to find with Nav! Peter was helpful about the area & told us about the short walk to the old swing bridge! We were in area of many acres of orchards. Walking trails are nearby…….explored one of the gorges which really needed 4WD!

A rural property with a fabulous views. The cottage is roomy and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Lots of seating room in the lounge.

The location was spectacular , very clean and comfortable plus the hosts were fantastic.

Quiet private, elevated, lovely view. Good kitchen, washing machine, nice linen, easy to heat with fire. I loved all the Chandeliers.

Only hand Soap supplied in the bathroom. Laundry powder would be great too.

Beautiful house, fully equipped, great owners, absolutely lovely to deal with and even had the fire going for us when we arrived so it was warm an cozy

No pets allowed

Lovely hosts, nice fireplace. Great kitchen.

Shower was ok, but showerhead wasn't great and drqin was really slow draining.

The fire was going when we arrived so it was super cosy. Well equipped kitchen- there’s no restaurants nearby (maybe 30mins away) so definitely bring food to cook. Electric blanket! Comfortable.

Shower pressure not great.

Nice quiet place to stay. The fireplace is great. Was amazing coming into a warm place later in the evening.
