Bonne situation par rapport à la mer. Logement lumineux, au calme, facilité pour stationner le véhicule dans la cour. Literie confortable. Helena, très accueillante que nous rencontré lors de l'état des lieux de sortie.

Pas d'adaptateur pour prise Française. Une télévision serait un plus. Un lave linge aurait été un plus.

L'emplacement est super et à proximité de tout. Les commerces, les plages, le centre, vraiment super et c'est un endroit calme.

Tout était parfait mais si je devais émettre un bémol , ça serait sur le confort de la literie. Peut être voir pour changer de matelas, pour le reste tout était super

Aankomst: Bij aankomst werd er direct 50 euro gevraagd voor de lokale toeristen belasting. Achteraf bleek dat we dit dubbel hebben betaald. Ze wist nergens van en bij flink aandringen werd het terugbetaald (sfeer was verziekt) Verblijf: Keuken: stonk muf door vocht wat je er niet meer uitkrijgt. Er was bijna geen kookgerei aanwezig. Wat er wel was is oud, versleten en vies. Koelkast waren alle roestplekken overschilderd Terras: kapotte stoelen, slecht onderhouden, verspocht parasol stond in een emmer met stenen. Terras/binnenplaats moet gedeeld worden met buren. Het is niet privé zoals word aangegeven in de omschrijving. Foto's op de site zijn oud en niet courant. Prijs / kwaliteit staan niet in verhouding.

The yard was great for the dogs (as there were no guests in the other house that shares the yard). The bed was very comfortable. It was a short drive to the beaches and a short walk to the village restaurant and store, so we didn't have to go to Ericeira all the time. Parking was free, inside the gates or on the road.

The house isn't suitable for the winter, too cold and humid (water dripping from the walls). Additional dog charges were applied after the cancellation refund period, even after enquiring at the first booking stage. Kitchen utensils and oven were dirty and mouldy. Not enough utensils, linen, towels for a long stay. No cleaning during the 20 day period, nor extra bin bags or toilet paper provided. Had to ask for cleaning products, dehumidifier, linen, washing line, etc. Even then, only some were provided. Water entered the living room when it rained, even when not much. The place would be OK for a couple of days and if you were eating out all the time, but definitely not for longer than that. The price was too high for what we got. Needs improvement and more thought about what people need for longer periods.

Such a lovely bungalow! Bed is comfortable, loved the open shower and coffee machine. The terrace was an added bonus and a sun trap.
