Basic apartment in a convenient location.

Cozy two bedroom apartment. The location was great for exploring the mountain areas. The unit was warm even in cold winter weather. We parked outside the restaurant. Easy check-in with lockbox, and hosts were very friendly, communitive and responsive. Lots of information available for the local area. Including good tip to buy fresh bread from the local bakers that drive through the little village. We will stay there again when in Serra da Estrella.

The living area is quite small, but we were out and about all day, and stayed two nights so it didnt bother us at all.

The fridge was leaking a bit of water, so we sent a message via booking to the host, and not even 5 min later a man was at our door to see what was going on, the freezer was melting a bit, but it was just because the button which set the freezer temperature was low. The same night we asked if they had dought roller, and a few moments later they were again at our door with the dought roller. Incredible staff! Very good for the price!

The water got a bit cold sometimes when showering but the warm water came back after a few seconds.

This house was lovely and clean. Comfortable and spacious. The location is great for exploring near by national parks and has an authentic local restaurant below. The hosts were very kind and extremely helpful.

Nothing bad. May be a challenging location if you didn’t have a car

The location is nice, bellow a restaurant and a old fashion grocery!

Some issues with the heating system turn the stay uncomfortable. the house was painted recently (what is good) but the smell was still strongly present
