Roses Bach - Stay Waiheke

Heaters did not work Caretaker brought 2 Heaters Plugged one in and lost all power for a long time. Rang 3. Phone numbers many times before I got a response. A credit of several dollars would be appreciated Cleaning fee of $200 seems excessive.

We stayed in the winter and it’s a typical kiwi Bach so was cold, very little heating

The cold and damp affected asthma badly, upholstery needed cleaning, shower had paint peeling off the walls,

Great, private location, walking distance to the beach and Strand where restaurants and services are located. Kitchen was well equipped and, when we ran out of water, the caretakers were on site and fixed the issue right away. Very courteous and friendly.

Scarce deck furniture and missing a coffee table in the living room. Also, 5 nights wasn't long enough ;-)

Such a cute little retro bach located in a nice quiet location. Great view looking over towards onetangi. I also loved the simplicity of the Bach and it’s retro interior.

The location and view were amazing! Cute comfy little cottage that was private with an awesome deck and outdoor table and chairs to eat or have coffee at!

There were 4 of us staying which the property was well aware of but only 2 towels for 4 people for 4 days! Not great but we made it work by being super organised. Would have much preferred a towel each though

A humble bach in a good location.

Only one towel per person, missing a few things eg had an iron but no ironing board, no coffee table, all the basics were available.
