Well appointed, had everything we needed except a washing basket! Very easy to live in.

The location was fantastic for Christchurch university, though it turned out that our conference was held in the Arts centre in town, but this was our mistake, not the owner's, and we were able to get an Uber very easily into our venue. It was on a busy road yet very quiet and in a lovely area of the city. The house was roomy and comfortable and also had a barbecue area which we didn't have time to use.

The air conditioning didn't quite reach into the bedrooms because of the structure of the house and we hit an exceptionally hot period, but we managed by leaving the blinds drawn.

Very nicely decorated and laid out,spacious for our family of 5.The kitchen was very well equipped and the BBQ was clean and ready to use. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were so comfortable.The main bathroom was huge with a big bath. Easy communication with property management.Thanks Judi.

The bedrooms were very warm overnight with only a little window to open-fans would be a good investment. The parking is limited in size and hard to negotiate with a larger car,we had to reverse on to a busy street but we were able to use the shoulder before pulling onto street so no biggie for us. The bathroom floor can get very slippery when wet,especially with 4 males in the house who like to throw water around,but having 2 mats in each bathroom was great. Maybe an umbrella for outside table for those hotter months. These are not complaints,just observations.We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others as a very comfortable,clean,tidy and spacious house.

just as described! clean, exceptionally comfortable beds with blackout curtains. 3 min walk to shops and supermarket. Kitchen well equipped.
