"Casa não foi devidamente preparada para nos receber. Sem água quente no inverno, não dá. Proprietário não nos acompanhou"

Atendimento por parte do proprietário. Desde a reserva até ao check out nunca consegui falar por telefone com o mesmo. Parte da estadia sem luz, metade da estadia sem água quente e toda a estadia sem internet e televisão. A casa não foi devidamente preparada para nos receber.
