"Nice Apartment in Remote Area of Ponta Negras"

The host was very helpful in trying to get us into the property as quickly as possible given our early arrival. She was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, nice, and spacious.

The apartment is very remote and isolated, so if that's what you want it's great, for us it was too far away. It's very far from the airport and shopping/restaurants/supermarkets. The apartment looks close to the water on Maps but in reality is very high up on the hillside and takes a considerable hike to get to the water. Lastly, the air conditioning only cools the bottom level, leaving the top level bedrooms very warm and difficult to sleep at night.
