"Exceptional"

We stayed there for only two nights as a family. The flat was really cozy and had a great design, so we felt very comfortable. The view out of the flat was stunning. We had a great view over the ocean and at the Pico. In front of the flat was a nice terrace with a big table, where it was great to sit. We arrived earlier then check in and stayed longer then check out, but it was no problem to leave our baggage there. The owner Lucy was really friendly and thoughtful. We even got fresh grapes from her one evening.

Lucy is such a friendly host and very generous! When we got to Lucy's Rosegarden at 11:30 PM she was waiting for us with lots of goodies and as if that wasn't enough she went to a bakery near by at the time of the night and got us fresh bread. A lot of attention to detail and a beautiful place. We loved it! Thanks Lucy!!

Well equipped apartment with very good facilities and a fantastic view of the Pico. The hostess is very attentive and helpful! Communication and everything else was very easy! We even got help, finding a rental car. Highly recommend!

A comfortable and well-appointed place that was well-heated and relaxing to stay in. Lucy personally stopped by to bring us a cake and made sure we had all we needed. On sunny days, there is a great view of Pico, and we loved watching sunset over the volcano. It's a beautiful place on a beautiful island.

"The Rose Garden was excellent"

The Rose Garden was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were greeted with a basket of bread and cheese which was a lovely touch!

Clean and well equipped appartement. Nice table outside to have meals. View is also good.

Kitchen is a bit cramped and the quality of materials used requires that you handle with care.

It is located very close to the airport and there is a parking space in front of the house, which was pretty comfortable. The house itself was really beautiful (especially with that view), perfectly cleaned and equipped with everything you need. The owner was very kind and available on the phone for any questions.
