Apartamento amplo, bem localizado, com aquecimento eficiente e boa estrutura. Uma bela quinta, com um riacho e árvores frondosas. Local silencioso e próximo a restaurantes e cafés. Quarto amplo e confortável.

O estacionamento é complicado de entrar e sair, sem visão da rua. Os utensílios de cozinha são escassos.
