It was central and close to the harbour, nice views from the top floor communal area

The area was a bit rough around the edges, there was a festival playing around 500m away until 1am each night, which made both noise and foot traffic rather busy - this was throughout the whole week. The bedrooms where basic, with various items broken, such as the shower taps and bedroom door (which looks like someone has shot it) Overall quite expensive for what you actually get

Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine with outdoor drying rack. Free parking on street. Two patios. Quiet neighborhood. A 20-minute walk downtown.

Front door lock and gate lock were difficult to open with the keys - could use some lubrication. One of the bedrooms had a single uncomfortable cot-style bed whereas one other had two comfortable single cots, and one had a double bed. We had to move one of the better single cots into the other bedroom, which had the poor cot.

a lovely well equipped house. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, despite some minor issue with furniture.

The wooden terrace furniture was useable but needs replacing as it's very warped. The umbrella didn't screw into the stand so you couldn't actually use it upright, which was a challenge as it's a very sunny spot.
