Koda Boutique Studio Apartments

The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean, modern and the surrounding area is peaceful. It also has a mini kitchen complete with basic utensils. Also, we like that the host was very responsive plus the added partnership with motorbike rental made it easy to get a transport around the island. They also helped to book airport transportation.

Nothing really.... But perhaps maybe note that the location is not that near to the "happenings" at Tourism Road by walking so if you can't drive a motorbike, it might be tricky to get back after wandering around the island. (But of course there are also the 'tuk-tuk' / pedicab to resolve this problem)

Very quiet, yet so close to everything! The studio has everything you could need, very clean and tidy, plus the bed was sooo comfy! We absolutely loved our stay there and definitely recommend it.

The property was beautiful! We had 3 adults and a toddler and it was the perfect size for us. The water tank in the kitchen was super handy. We didn’t really use the kitchen as we were only there for 2 nights but if we had stayed longer we would. Owners were lovely and helped us by giving us contact numbers for tour guides,bike rentals ect. They were also super quick to help us when we had a small issue with the toilet. Location is close to the Main Street but far enough that we didn’t hear the loud music.

The main issue we had with the property was that none of our trike drivers knew the location so was difficult for us to get back to the accommodation after being out and about. The easiest way to help was by taking photos of landmarks/restaurants near by to show the drivers. There were a lot of mosquitos too so make sure you stock up on insect repellent!

everything was absolutely perfect Danny has been the greatest host we could imagine. Danny was very responsive whenever we needed him, more over the place is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable ♥️

Poor place.

Avoid Avoid Avoid this property, I had travelled here expecting a nice home where I could stay for a week. 1) Check in, there was know one there to let me into the home this is based down a dark alley and I was just left there for 3 hours, I asked the neighbours who also had a home stay beside and the say they did not know the owners which I found strange to start with. There are only 2 rooms on this property in a small dark road, not great for a solo traveller or female I would say like with a lot of travellers they will only have WiFi when they are connected to WiFi and not have data.. I had pay to go to general Luna and connect to WiFi to get a hold of a French number to ring to organise a check in, this is now 3 hours into my stay at the “luxury property” When the owner came he didn’t tell me any information he was rushed a dishevelled I got the feeling and it was a couple of young boys trying to make a quick €€€. The fittings in the property are not fully complete, the room had a smell, the owner had told me that they gave the person the night before a late checkout even though I was checking in at 3pm. Connectivity on the island is poor most of the time but in the property it’s worse. I was there for 7 nights and the cleaner came one this and did not change the sheets on my bed or change the towels, this is disgraceful and for a property to be charging the price these guys do they don’t understand the FUNDAMENTALS of hospitality. Its remarkably disappointing and I hope when the owner reads this these can come back with a valid response and clear up there business. Its easy to make money in hospitality but please do not take advantage of people. This is the first bad review I have done on any property but I feel it’s deserved unfortunately I had reached out to the owner on WhatsApp but I have been blocked and no acceptance of the issue. Avoid.

We loved the studio, it was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Can't fault it.
