Perfect location in beautiful surroundings very clean villa decorated very lovely good bathrooms

Requested to drop bags on day of check as we arrived at 10 and check in was 4pm to leave them while the staff prepared and cleaned. This was not possible when there was a garage/ playroom space where this could have been facilitated. The neighbours dog was left all day outside and anytime someone walked past the villa it barked constantly. Damp smell in playroom but humidifier was on to rectify this

patio doors weren't completely secure, but this wasn't something we were worried about

the location was ok, ish…. further out than expected but Ubers into vilamoura needed

lots. the place is old and tired, the kitchen is basic, the patio doors didn’t close, the shower doors were difficult, Wi-Fi ok from some rooms but not good in others. The pool was cleaned whilst there which was inconvenient and invaded our privacy. there was no welcome pack or cleaning pack. the bottle opener was broken so had to buy new one. no coffee pods or water supplied. But, as the seashel/algarve holidays said “we’re not promoting a new house or a “luxury” house” ……so be warned. Not the worsed of it, the noise from the neighbours, of dog barking all morning is not good, then when this is relinquished then the leaf blower starts. this was so bad i left a day early to get so sleep. Aparrently, this is my fault and i quote “It can happen, if you chose a property that is next door to many others. “ if i was the owner of this property I wouldn’t be happy with the service. oh and they kept my 500 euro deposit for over a week after i left.
