Moinho da Capela

A Vera é uma pessoa maravilhosa, uma anfitriã simpática, amável, acolhedora. A casa é linda, limpeza impecável, tem todas as comodidades necessárias para passarmos dias muito agradáveis. Sem contar a decoração, um encanto! A mistura do rústico com o moderno .... Meus filhos adoraram o espaço, a piscina e a casa. Voltaremos assim que possível.

It was like staying in fairytale house, it’s brilliant when staying with kids especially and being in the middle of forest is amazing for an escape! Will defo return in summer!

Beautiful property, great house and surprisingly updated. The AC was a godsend in the summer heat and the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing at night when it cooled down and was breezy. The facilities were fantastic and pool was great! So big and so many different lounge areas. We loved grilling by the pool and also by the house. Would stay here again!

Beware of ants all over the place. We found ants in the house as well as outside immediately after eating and grilling. The property didn't have any bug spray for us to use.

The place is beautiful around olive plant. Perfect for those who like quiet places. The common area is nice and well decorated with swimming pool, jacuzzi and nice area to relax. It was nice to take a kayak and go to the stream. The apartment was clean with a nice living room. The breakfast was good and rich. . Above all the owner were extremely nice and helpful let us feel very comfortable.

Nothing

We liked a remote location, swimming pool and the jacuzzi, all for ourselves. Both buildings are quite unique and located in the middle of olive farm. Contact with the host was really good. There is no phone signal, but WiFi works really well. If somebody expects luxury rooms and modern facilities, it's probably not the right place. But we loved it, it's all very well maintained and clean.

Very quiet and lots of things to do

Lovely place, clean, great location very tranquil. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and beautifully designed relaxing area around the pool. Vera was so helpful and friendly, D. Manuela prepared a delicious breakfast. Great place for families and pets

It has been one of our best holidays all around Portugal in the past 1.5years. The warm welcome by the owner Donna Vera and jumped into help when we had a car problem. Breakfast was spectacular with Donna Manuela delivery to the door with warm bread and cake and much more! Loves it! It is a place to recharge and read books and enjoy a nature walk. Take a boat to row down the river and back. It is a place to unwind from all screens including mobile calls. It is a proper de-stress place! The swimming pool! the quality of water! Jacuzzi with the trees around. Oh oh don't forget to lie down on the outside beds to count stars. The moinho we stayed was renovated with great details and lots of care. A jacuzzi inside as well? How cool is that! Top notch! We did not have time to check TV or make phone calls. Just enjoy all these water activities keep us busy and happy. Many thanks again take care until next time!
