"Great Location & Lots of Amenities but No Flexibility"

The location 2 blocks to the beach is great. There are a lot of amenities inside the house - pots & pans, dishes & silverware, towels, coffee pot, etc. The owners were responsive.

Due to the proximity to the beach, the ground floor level has a moldy/dingy smell like maybe there has been water damage in the past. We were there 48 hours after Hurricane Nicole so that could’ve been the reason for the damp smell. Our friends had to cancel their trip due to the hurricane but unfortunately there was no flexibility from the owners to reschedule. So be prepared to forfeit your entire payment - $1300 for 2 nights - even in the case of a natural disaster.
