"Do not book it. As they don’t refund it cancel n deny smell in property. N booking.Com does not help after that."

Silent location

Junk collection of vessels in kitchen. Too much damp smell. Could not sleep properly even 1 night even after keeping all doors open. Left it after 1st night. It’s delivered dirty for around the house n BBQ area.

"Good house, perfect location, but communication has to be improved"

The house is in a perfect location to discover the area. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped. Everything was clean. The area is quiet and you can leave your car outside on the street as it's safe (the gate is a bit narrow). But all these nice things can be ruined if the contact person doesn't really care and blames the guests for everything.

The house was not ventillated before we arrived therefore the air was confined. It became better after 24 hours of leaving all windows open. There are not enough connectors, just one per room. No hairdryer. We were 8 people, and 6 rolls of toilet paper was provided, very thin. They don’t replace it, we were told to buy new ones for ourselves. Bulb was out in a lamp. Old, used clothes and towels and rugs were everywhere in the gardrobes. But the most important thing is that we had no hot water at all for the first two days. We informed the contact person immediately, he said that we had to run the water longer. We were 8 and we all showered in ice cold water. The next day he told us to change the gas cylinder ourselves or they charge us 26.50 €. We did but still no hot water. Second evening with cold shower. We found the boiler and it showed some error message. The contact person admitted finally that the boiler is not working and they sent someone to fix it. The rest of our stay was much better. But the other problems were not solved. E.g. we asked about the hairdryer and he said "it must be somewhere in a closet" but we couldn't find it. We informed the contact person that our flight is delayed by three hours when we knew about it (some six hours before meeting him) and we arrived at 8:30pm. We knew that if we check in after 8pm we have to pay 25 € extra, but as we informed them way before, and it was really not our fault, we hoped that they wouldn't ask for this. But they did. "Company policy", he said.
