Monte Maravilhas

Wat hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige, grote huis! Met 5 personen hadden we meer dan genoeg ruimte. De sfeer in het huis is ontzettend fijn en we hebben heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden. Het lekkere zwembad was natuurlijk de kers op de taart. Tel daar de ontzettend fijne host bij op die ervoor zorgde dat het ons aan niets ontbrak, en je hebt de perfecte vakantie. Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug!

Een ventilator in de slaapkamers zou een aanrader zijn.

We stayed in Casa Azul which is a bit more isolated from the rest of the houses and the pool. We immediately felt at home at the place. The house has really everything you could need and the kitchen is very well equipped. The light, the feel and the simple decoration of the house felt perfect to us. The owner and the rest of the staff are easy to reach/find, very nice and helpful. Our children (and ourselves) also loved pool and garden and they had a lot of space to discover. We would certainly come back!

For us, it was perfect!

Le calme et la sérénité de l'emplacement. Maison agréable et bien équipée. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir... 😄

Uitzicht, rust, leuk dorpje , zwembad, terras

Weinig ruimte bij het zwembad. Slechts 2 ligbedden bij huisje. Toilet.

Amazing location for a great holiday. We stayed in Casa Amarela; a beautiful nice and big house for max. 6 people. The house is fully equipped with a sitting area, dining table, kitchen, shower with bathtub, and toilet. Three spacious bedrooms with a total of four single beds and one double bed. Wonderful big terrace with a great view. Fully equipped with a garden dining table with benches and two chairs, a smaller garden table with four chairs and two lounge seats. The swimming pool is shared with other guests and very nice. It has fresh water which is cleaned with salt, so the water tastes a little salty, but just a little. The temperature of the water was great, around 26⁰C. The ground and surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, great place to relax. Nearest beach (west coast) is around 50 minute drive.

O espaço é muito bom e espaçoso e é perfeito para um retiro na natureza. O Staff também era muito simpático

Para além do difícil acesso, por ser no meio da natureza não aconselho a pessoas que tenham muito pavor a bichos pois há formigas a entrar em casa e outros bichos durante a noite

A beautiful hideaway near a small village with a unique restaurant and vibrant market. The house is beautiful, located in an oasis of trees, flowers and wells, with a nice pool and a large terrace. Prepare yourself for 75 min drive if you want to spend time at the beaches of Algarve, and a 20 min drive for a Supermarket. There’s a train station 12 km away which offers both connections to Lisbon and Faro, which is great for day trips. We loved the tranquility of Monte Maravilhas, the cool nights and the lazy days at the pool and on our terrace.
