Funcionários maravilhosos, atenciosos, contato com a natureza, espaço livre, trilha dentro do espaço do hotel, conforto do bangalô, restaurante de culinária portuguesa deliciosa, pequeno almoço sempre fresco, com frutas, iogurtes, pães, doces, frios, etc

Do fato de ser oferecido como um lugar com spa e a jacuzzi não estar funcionando, tendo apenas uma piscina a céu aberto, que no inverno é impossível de frequentar

This is wonderful place to stay and explore the Douro Valley. Really helpful staff, great facilities and we were delighted with our complimentary breakfast and daily bakery delivery. Lovely walk to the nearby waterfall. The restaurant is fabulous.
