Incredible location with a backdoor opening up to the boulevard. Walking distance to train station, bakeries and a small supermarket.

A very nice apartment and great location, beach access very easy out back door.

We had a lot of trouble finding the hosts. Only a neighbor sent us down street for fone nr on window. Soon after we got booking info online indicating they did not know. Solved that. This apt. Has no central heat or A/C and two small space heaters not up to job after on 100% after 2nd day that was a problem in winter.

The house is lovely, the location is great, and the hosts were very kind and attentive

There was a lot of noise from the alleyway, where many people congregate to skate, drink. There were broken bottles and glass shards . One of the apartment entrances opens directly to this alley and the noise outside can be heard as if it were inside the house, during the summer stay and when there is street activity. Circumstances beyond the control of the property owners but if you are sensitive to sound, this can be an issue during the summer.
