"Good location, beautiful property"

The location was great. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in the city. The house was nicely decorated with tons of space. The yard and balconies were a lovely bonus, even with all the wet weather we experienced. It was street parking and first come first serve. With that said, we were able to get a spot near the unit (within 200 metres or less) every time and got the spot directly outside of the unit 3 of 6 times. It was easy to access the unit from the highway. Joana was quick to reply to any questions and was able to accommodate our request for early check-in.

There were a few things that kept this review at a 9/10 instead of 10/10, and to be fair we did not give Joana a chance to address them. -There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom. It is possible that the trap needed to be cleaned. -the upstairs shower was slow to drain -there was no shampoo in the downstairs bathroom -the “Welcome” bowl in the listing pictures was there, complete with a sign saying that “starter household supplies are provided,” but it was empty of anything but the sign.

Casa extremamente acolhedora, espaçosa, confortável, camas incríveis e muito confortáveis, super bem equipada com utensílios de cozinha, de casa de banho, máquina de lavar loiça, máquinas de lavar e secar roupa, se necessário. Um jardim super bonito e muito agradável de estar. Tudo mais que perfeito!

Spacious house with a nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to the city center.

Only street parking which was a challenge at times.

"Beautiful house in a great location - highly recommend!"

Loved the location, great common areas, very nice back garden, and incredibly comfortable beds.

Street parking is challenging, but in a pinch we could always find a spot in the pay lot 2 blocks away (about 11 euros a day). Also, not really a negative, but just be aware there is no heating in the house other than the bedrooms.
