Beautiful house, with a stylish interior. Very comfortable and well equipped in our perfect location. Surprisingly quiet as it is in the square with all the restaurants. Fabulous shared pool with a great bar.

The outside space needs better and more comfortable sun beds they are very odd to sit on also a small table and some shade would help. The roof terrace need a sun shade and some decoration.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Lovely furniture and in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carvoeiro house! I would highly recommend it and would happily return. Our favorite parts were all of the outdoor seating areas, particularly the rooftop with a view of the ocean beyond the courtyard; a nice kitchen; proximity to two beaches in walking distance; and its location within the Monte Carvoeiro Club, with restaurants, a bar, a market, and a coffee/pastry shop. It's right on the courtyard and we were able to leave our kids asleep and go have dinner after bedtime. The photos we saw in advance did not do justice to what a nice condo this is. You enter on the ground floor and there is a hallway, a hall bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has recently been upgraded and is beautiful. You go up the stairs and find the living room, kitchen, a covered porch with a table and seating. You can exit the kitchen to find a small bistro set and go up exterior stairs to reach the best part - the rooftop patio, which has 2 lounge chairs. The architecture of the complex is soothing and has nice plants and flowers. It was a soothing setting to slow down and relax. One thing to know is were were asked for a $400 deposit before entering the property, and this was refunded once there were no issues. I didn't know this at the time of booking.

I only have teeny tiny comments about minor suggestions for improvement. The drainage in the primary bathroom shower (which is beautiful and recently renovated) is slow, which meant we needed to turn off the shower water multiple times during a shower and/or put a towel at the opening of the shower so the standing water didn't flow into the bathroom. We had a bit of trouble connecting with the host to check in because he sent us a transposed phone number and we didn't speak the same languages, but it ended up working out fine after a little bit of stress. The living room is also dark at night and could use a lamp or two, rather than only the sconce light on the walls. The dishwasher was broken, but we were able to hand wash dishes. One day, the whole town lost water for about 7 hours so I didn't get to finish my shower and there was no water for toilets or sinks or restaurants in the town. Apparently this happens from time to time, but luckily didn't impact us much.

The views were lovely. The area was quiet. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There were lots of good glasses,dishes etc. The beds were very comfortable but we really needed extra bedding for warmth in the autumn.

Not enough light - it was very dark inside It was difficult to read in the evenings because of the light problem. There were no instructions for the tv so it was not easy to find programmes. There were no sun lounger mattresses.

Location was great, easy access to restaurants, pool & beach

Excellent house in a great location. Lovely square with few restaurants and a cocktail bar on site. Family with 2 teenagers 16 & 19 really enjoyed our stay❤️

A lot of steps and hills to the town centre and beach approx 5 mins walk. Lovely walk down, bit of trek back up. Good for keeping us all fit🥵
