Nice place good price exactly what we needed

Parfum de la Mer is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. But the best thing about the villa is the super friendly and helpful owner. He welcomed us with beautiful tapas and a bottle of wine and gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He even bought us a kettle so we could have tea ❤. O Bejihna the fish restaurant on the harbour is amazing. It's easy to walk to anywhere in town/to the beach, and the major out of town supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away. The house is set over 4 floors from basement (garage, laundry room, bbq, bedroom and shower room), ground floor (well equipped kitchen, living and dining room, downstairs WC, huge TV with the premium football channels), first floor (3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a bathroom) and second floor (attic space and bedroom). There are 2 terraces and a lovely outside space under a pergola. You have the whole space to yourself.

Close to Sines Center and the beach. The house is big and provides everything you will need for a nice weekend getaway close to Lisbon. The kitchen is fully equipped and cooking there for eight people is nicely possible.

This is the most beautiful home in a convenient location with all the facilities you could possibly need for a family or group stay in Sines. This place is huge, we were just two people but it would be perfect for a family or group of 4 or 6+. Plenty of bathrooms and parking out the front.

Well maintained; large; private garage; short walk to beach.

No keys to property until 2 hrs after arrival. No response back from owner to our queries about the keys. Owner’s parents observed us ringing doorbell but didn’t get out of their car to greet us. A simple lock box for the keys would be the solution.

Large comfortable house. Plenty of space. For two people a choice of 4 bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Garage space to syore our bikes. Very clean.
