Da localização, do conforto, da decoração e do ar condicionado que nos salvou da vaga de calor 😅

A casa necessita de algumas reparações e melhorias: cheiro a mofo (quarto) e a canalização (casa de banho); falta de alguns utensílios ( facas de corte pequenas, molas de roupa,...); tomadas soltas e avariadas. O pátio está subaproveitado e a necessitar de intervenção. Podiam instalar uma pequena piscina o que seria, sem dúvida, um importante upgrade.

"Haus mit Höhen und Tiefen"

Der Außenbereich und dadurch viel Privatsphäre. Die Nähe zum castelo de Monsaraz und den Flussstrand.

Alles war sehr schmutzig und nicht gepflegt, jedes Glas, Besteck oder Teller hat nach Schimmel gerochen, wir mussten alles abwaschen ! Das Bad hat immer nach Gülle gerochen, bei jedem Toiletten Besuch musste ich mir die Nase zu halten sonst hätte ich gebrochen!Der Außenbereich war schön privat, aber alles ungepflegt, man merkt das es nur ums Geld geht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden nie wieder kommen.
