Sea House - Santa Clara

El apartamento en si es muy bonitos, las camas eran super cómodas y todo estaba muy bien equipado

Appartamento vicino all'aeroporto, molto grazioso e pulito, noi ci siamo stati in 4 pax. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto, bella la terrazza. 15' a piedi dal centro. X il centro fare a piedi la strada parallela a quella trafficata del mare. Rimane davanti alla rotonda

Check-in, pulizia, vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Caldo/ventilatori rumorosi, posto tavola troppo piccolo per 4 persone.

Accommodation was excellent. The house is located in a very good location - close to the airport and close to the center of Ponta Delgada (you can go on foot to Ponta Delgada). The contact with the owner is very good. The keys are in the box and there is no problem with receiving the keys. All the information are clearly given by email. The house is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities, including a dishwasher. There is a terrace with a view on the ocean. There is no problem with the parking - there is a big free public parking next to the house just across the street (next to the sea). I recommend it!

Ottima posizione, parcheggio gratuito molto vicino e dotata di tutto il necessario, dalla lavatrice alla cucina. Abbiamo trovato anche biscotti e caffè per la colazione ad attenderci. Tutto molto minimal ma estremamente funzionale. Molto pulito. Host da remoto estremamente gentile e disponibile, qualità/prezzo ottimo 😊

The house was clean and in good condition. There is an AC unit downstairs that worked well. There's an ocean view from one bedroom and also from the rooftop deck. The host was prompt to respond my emails.

The bedrooms are upstairs and were very hot. The bathroom is downstairs, so be prepared to use stairs if you need to use it in the middle of the night:) We like to walk, but there wasn't much in the area to walk to; we walked to the marina which was very nice but took us about 15-20 minutes and then did not feel comfortable walking back after night in that neighborhood.

We loved the house. Modern, spacious and clean. Perfect choice for 3-4 people. Great location in Ponta Delgada, you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by walking or there is a bus stop next to the house. You will find a perfect roof terrace from which you can admire the airplanes. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back!
