The location is spot on nice and quiet but still really close to town.

Location was perfect , central but quiet ! Property was very spacious and the table tennis table was an extra bonus !

Everything was clean but needs a lick of paint !

Some repairs need to be done. Electric sockets not very handy for use with mirrors except in bathroom

Rio House Alvor is a comfortable and well located property and the administrators are very helpful and professional to deal with. The house is well equipped, with a TV, Washing Machine, Dishwasher etc. so it is perfect for self-catering purposes.

A few minor additions such as sharper knives for food preparation and a chopping board would be perfect.

Central location in the middle of town, near enough to bars and restaurants without being intruded by them. Spacious and very cleanly presented.

We had a car and parking was at a premium and with the streets being so narrow it wasn't always easy to find parking nearby but with perseverance we always did. Alvor itself is a lovely fishing village but a lot of the pathways and streets have been "fouled" by unleashed dogs.

Nice city house in central Alvor. As described. We were worried if it was too cold this time of year. But there was heating/a/c in all rooms and though we didnt need heating there's certainly plenty of capacity. Nice and tidy.
