The apartment was nice. The host was generally nice. We appreciated being able to stay there with our pets. The kitchen was fairly well equiped as far as pots, pans, knives and serve ware. Would only recommend for 2 people for a very short stay if you're not sensitive to noise.

There was constant noise from the street, as well as from the church across the street. The church bells ring on the hour and half hour the whole time between 8 am and 10 pm everyday. There was also noise from the other units in the building at night very often. We had to message the host and ask what was happening multiple times, as well as we resorted to sleeping with the air conditioner fan on every night to try and mask all the noise. I guess in Portugal you're allowed to be loud until 11 pm. The apartment was also pretty small, there were dogs in the neighboring front yard that would bark constantly (not every day, but often, so we couldn't just sit and hang out with our dog there. The furniture also looked different from the pictures, there were no lounge chairs or anything much else in the patio. I guess the patio is relatively private, but it is right in front of windows that lead into two other feeling units in the building, so it didn't feel very private at all, as well as the hosts have a storage shed in the patio that they used a few times. There were also quite a few times that we ran out of hot water. We feel like there should be stricter house rules, since the property is divided into 3 units and you can hear everything thru the walls.

The owner is so nice and helpful! Very caring person! The apartment is very clean and beautiful!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, the owners kindly provided us with a whole yard, closed parking in the yard, a beautiful view from the window of the garden and the road. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Incredibly comfortable bed, all cooking utensils, no mold and good soundproofing. We were also allowed to stay with our dog, which is very cool. By the way, we didn’t hear any barking of neighbors dogs😁

There is a little noise from the road, but it doesn't affect sleep because there is minimal traffic at night. We don't know about public transportation, we were with our own car and it seemed to us that it would be inconvenient to get anywhere without a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this acommodation. It had everything we needed, and Paula, the host, was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable, and we especially loved the new bathroom. Highly recommended!
