I really enjoyed my stay. The villas are small, but incredibly well designed — everything is thoughtfully laid out and there’s all you need. The tiny kitchen even has a dishwasher, which is quite impressive for such a compact space. The limited indoor area is more than made up for by a lovely outdoor courtyard with a pool and a separate barbecue area. We planned this as a stop on our way from Coimbra to the xisto villages. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the villages, but definitely worth the stop. The town itself is charming, with a beach and some great mountain trails nearby, including ones with waterfalls. We were traveling by electric car and found two charging stations very close to the house, which was very convenient.
