Lovely property Location Quiet as we love roosters 🐓 Laundry room available

Uncomfortable bed, therefore poor sleep

Beautiful gardens, bbq facilities and spacious house. Very well located, close to the airport, supermarkets and all main sites.

Carlos, the owner was really nice and had good personal recommendations for us.

You should know that the house lays directly at a street, so you will hear the street / cars quote loud during day and night.

Very nice apartment that fits for 8 people. Amazingly huge terrace with tables and chairs. Perfect for barbecue! Outside shower and toilet. Kitchen with everything you need even with a dishwasher.

In 8 people we got only one key and one remote for a garage door. Kinda difficult to handle for a big group of people with 2 cars... 2 of the 4 bedrooms have really small beds. So for two people to sleep in such bed (maybe even smaller than queen size), it was really uncomfortable. The last issue was with cockroaches. There are plenty of them! In the rooms, outside, on the terrace. We fought with them almost every day. If someone is really terrified of them, probably this is not a place for you...

Great property that is away from the crowds in Punta Delgada but still very centrally located in Capelas. Carlos was very helpful and was available to answer any and all question. Everything was clean. The view from the bedroom was amazing. Highly recommend.

stunning large property. Rich gardens, soul filling song birds. views of the ocean from large sitting/bedroom. Kitchenette sufficient for basic reheating. Small fridge was enough for our daily needs. We loved the isolation from big city, close(walking distance) to little local minimercado. Or a bit longer thru beautiful back road to Capelas. Also walkable down to very popular beach at Poco. Whale Trader historical trail is another very interesting hike from Casa Amarela. Either need to be willing to walk/explore or rent vehicle(IDL needed) or taxis are very reasonable, know their way around and allows you to see rather than drive. also, the best towels of our 5 wk Portugal adventure!

very minor: needs a few more basic kitchen items. Small bowls, mid size cooking pot.

Carlos was the nicest host, very caring and welcomig. The duplex was very spacious and confortable: evreything you need is there! The view, the bed, kitchen: super nice We were there in winter time so Carlos made sure the heating was enough, which is important when you go to a place humide like acores!
