Las casa es muy bonita. Las habitaciones de arriba excelentes. Las vistas inmejorables y está perfectamente equipada

Nada que reseñar. Por decir algo la habitación pequeña de abajo la cama es un poco alta y hace que sea algo incómodo dormir en ella.

Moradia muito espaçosa e confortável, com muita luz e vista muito bonita. Cozinha bem equipada. Quartos grandes e camas confortáveis. Infelizmente não chegamos a usar a piscina devido às condições meteorológicas. Disponibilizaram toalhas de piscina.

Estacionamento desafiante, mas o habitual na madeira. Deveriam ter mais espreguiçadeiras para uso no terraço. O forno deveria ser arranjado.

Contact with personel was excellent, they were very kind and we got answers for all our questions. Also there were no problem to extend our stay for extra day due cancelled flight. If you are group of friends and you are looking for a good standard & fully equipped villa with a good view and reasonable price - there You go!

The only minus is that swimming pool was extra paid, and there were a problem with electricity in one of the rooms, but it was solved quickly

The property was large and spacious and met our needs as an inter generational group.

La casa en general está muy bien. La ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares, tardas 10 min en llegar al centro de Funchal y la zona es tranquila.

La limpieza de la piscina podía ser un poco mejor. La habitación pequeña individual tiene una cama muy incómoda y no tiene para dejar la ropa.

La situation. L’agence nous a proposé de venir re- nettoyer la maison aux 2eme jour… nous avons renoncé car nous étions trop occupés.

La propreté, les équipements étaient tous vétustes et il y avait une odeur de moisissure/humidité dans les deux chambres du bas ainsi que dans la cuisine (vaisselles qui sent mauvais et armoires avec moisissures), plus de filtre à la hotte (l’huile qui tombe sur la nourriture). Piscine mal nettoyé avec des algues à l’intérieur. Lave vaisselle inefficace. A éviter si pas de rénovation. Il semble qu’il devait y avoir des rénovations en février 2026. À voir. Ne correspond plus aux photos du sites internet (plus vétuste et moins enchanteur).

The property was large and spacious and well located with a beautiful view of the Funchal Bay. The staff managing the property were responsive, although it took a while to resolve the issue with the hot water. The basic amenities were provided and there was a nice welcome hamper.

During the first four days of our stay, we encountered persistent issues with hot water, which significantly affected the quality of our experience, as we were unable to enjoy warm showers. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that the swimming pool heating was also non-functional during this period, which we suspect may have been related to the hot water issue. We made an extra payment for this service. Additionally, we experienced ongoing road works throughout our visit. While I understand that such matters may be beyond your control, I believe that guests paying a premium rate should receive prior notification about such disruptions, as well as the option to consider alternative accommodations.
