Beautiful, stylishly furnished villa - house - is located in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the sea bay. The villa has two beautiful options for socializing, a hammock and a bench with a fabulous view. Four air-conditioned bedrooms have separate bathrooms. The air conditioning works very well. The dining room and kitchen are simply furnished for basic cooking and food preparation. The kitchen has an electric stove and dishwasher. Portorož can be reached on foot, but since the villa is located on a hill, I recommend driving, which is not a problem. Parking in Portorož is easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within five seconds by car.

It's hard to find anything negative: maybe just a small thing: it's a shame that the common room and kitchen don't have their own air conditioning. But in the heat you're outside most of the time.

very nice and cozy place, felt like home

very hor downstairs, but isnt that big of a deal since during summer everyone is outside.

Fabulous house with a wonderful wiew. We loved it. Clean, comfortable, really lovely house. More beautiful than in the pictures. I can only recommend it.

Great quiet location with lovely view. However close to beach and services. Loved the garden - had breakfast there every morning. Parking for 2 cars. Air conditioning in each bedroom. Five toilets and 4 showers, always enough warm water for 7 persons.

Car is necessary in this location - no problem for us. We did not get the TV to work and there were no instructions. Please get a new coffee machine! You could add some maps and brochures - restaurants, local transportation, biking/hiking routes.

This guesthouse/chalet is located in a really beautfiul environment overlooking the sea. You can grill or cook outside - plenty of space inside and outside for group of 8-10 people. All of The 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom, AC and a small fridge as well. The rooms are separeted from each other very well - you cannot hear the other room which is very beneficial if you stay with a larger group of adults. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher which we found very useful. Beach is 5 mins by car - or a 30-40 mins walk (although its a bit uphill). The whole place is very quiet - if you are looking to stay away from the city and the noise. Host was really welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend it for larger groups and families.

Nothing really. It’s a bit far from the beach but you get the view and the quiet in exchange.
