Good location, big

Dirty kitchen, it was not possible to cook there, dishwasher broken, no cooking utensils and proper plates etc. Very old furniture in House, we had feeling like: “we bought a house for renting business, we don’t want to spent 1 extra euro for furniture- so let’s keep the cheapest or second hand stuff”, pillows had no filling

Great location,not far from city centre and near be shop.

Normally I don't write reviews specially not the bad ones, bad this time Im going to make exception. House on its own it's lovely a modern and in quite location, inside in house that's is different story. We were in total shock when we get in and found out one of the room it's locked, even thou we did report it's going to be 2 adults and 2 kids in house. Managed to contact a lady who was in charge of the house and been told she is not too sure if she can find the key but soon we told we gonna contact booking about it ,she was able to find them and came to unlock it,we been told they always doing this, which is unacceptable and missleading for travelers as in their ad it's stated if you booking this property it's including ENTIRE HOUSE ,so little advice to the owners to update their ad. Another thing was about the house,was soo dirty we couldn't believed,apparently they have a cleaner but what we been told she/he was there last time on new year Eve as the dish washer was dirty,microwave all sticky inside,oven and all dishes were dirty and dusty with marks all over every time we grabbed plates or glasses out we had washed it properly with washing liquid. And worst part was USED sponge for dishes they were not even to bother to change it,not even mentioning there was not toiletries as we had 1 toilet paper for 3 days between 4 people, and also cleaning cabinet was locked so we were walking on crumbs the entire stay as we couldn't sweep the floor. For that kind of money you expect better service for sure.Im travelling when possible, and been in cheaper facilities even one star hotels but they never been so messy like this house. If possible if I'm you just book something else instead rather then this house.
