Good location, good amount of space

Very limited kitchen utensils, shower wasn’t good at all.

Was close to the Basketball venues where my boys were playing as we were in Rotorua for the maoris tournament

Good location

Cold showers and trip hazards coming up stairs and on the deck

So spacious and homely. I would definitely book this place again 😊 It was rainy so I do wish I had booked an extra day but we were very grateful for a later checkout time. We had whanau come and visit and it was lovely not being stuck to gmeachother in a small space.

Shower could do with a new head or better pressure but it was still lovely

Good kitchen and plenty of space with bedrooms.

Beds were average but ok. Shower is a trickle of water on hot.

It's a big house should have two toilet Room down stairs heat pump out of order Decking outside timbers are loose and the steps are shaky.

The Deck is falling apart and is dangerous. The shower has no pressure you can nearly get wet and the water that does come out either to hot or to cold you can’t regulate it. Bed in master is soft on one side and normal on the other think it must be broken

I like that the bath was deep I liked the view of the city

Awful smell in the house .VERY COLD the heat pump isn't enough to warm the house . The driveway is terrible to navigate. The big window in the living area needs to be cleaned and it needs curtains that window alone makes the home very cold . The main sofa was ripped and the chair in the living area was heavily stained. The downstairs area was incredibly cold please fix rhe heat pump it would make a big difference
