Good size of bedrooms, big living room, nice orientation doc they send before arrival

The attitude of the stuff is unspeakable. When I contacted them via Booking on the day of arrival to tell that we will arrive around 8 pm they told me that nobody will be already there to meet me and I can feel free to cancel my stay. They gave me the phone of administrator (as I understand now - to try to talk him into waiting for us), and he was completely impolite and said that he finishes work at 18:00 (it was 17:20) and “it’s not my problem”. And there was no mentioning of limited time for check-in at Booking! So we were on the other side of the island with our friends and had to drop everything and rush there in 30 minutes in order to make it there before 18:00 and not to sleep on the beach with a child and suitcases, as on Saturday night all hotels were booked. Thanxs for ruining one holiday night for us, guys.

The door handle in the bathroom was very loose and my wife got trapped in the bathroom for 15 minutes while l took the lock apart to gain access, no glasses, no cups to make a cup of tea and the bed in the main bedroom was rock hard

We had a great stay, a very spacious place.
