Town Home by The Warehouse Chiang Mai

The reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The check in went very well, and I want to thank the staff.

The unit was unlivable due to issues in the main bedroom, TV didn't work, the 2-seater sofa sunk down to the floor, the shower curtain allowed water to go all over the floor, the bed springs made a noise each time you moved and the bed cover had a ripped sheet (was it actually replaced from the last tenants). The kitchen only had a kettle and microwave, no tea towels and no toaster, and the chairs in the kitchen were old style and not comfortable to sit on so all of us could sit together. The upstairs beds were so close to the ground it made it hard getting out of bed and there was a step you had to navigate, and no hand towel upstairs, and there was a strange smell throughout the unit. We booked this apartment for 6 nights, but only stayed 1 night and moved out the next morning.

Good location for Old Town. Pleasant surroundings with a few coffee shops close by. Friendly staff. Good, spacious, comfortable accommodation.

It was in a great location near old town Chang Mai. Very accessible to everywhere in Chang Mai. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I left something at the hotel and they found it but they wouldn’t mail it to me (to another part of Thailand) that was a downside because it would of been very easy to mail to another part of Thailand for me so I would get it but they didn’t.

Very nice place with a mix of backpackers and families. Amazing kind and helpful staf. Only a few minutes walking to Chiang Mai old town. Plenty of little restaurants nearby.
