Ao Nang Modern Villa

Lovely size, brilliant aircon, quiet area. A free washing machine available for use.

The distance from ao nang centre, definitely need a bike. We used bolt to get around which was fine.

- The house is located just a 10-minute drive from Ao Nang, making it convenient for exploring the area. - The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

- The house was not clean. There were hairs in the closets, behind doors, and in the bathroom. - The showerhead didn’t work, and the rain shower had very weak water pressure. - We found a water bottle (possibly containing disinfectant or bleach) behind the TV in the living room, which could be dangerous, especially for children.

The best thing about this property for sure was the wonderful location… far enough from Krabi walking street that it was peaceful with lush surroundings, but still very close to all the attractions. It felt just like home, so much so, I didn’t even bother locking my door most of the time! Be aware you will need to hire a scooty, or be prepared to use Grab App, to go here and there. Large snack bowl was a nice touch!

For the price I paid I do think the property requires a little maintenance… there were no “dining knives” or butter knives at all, and only one small pan to use for cooking… no pots provided so I couldn’t cook rice or anything like that which was disappointing. I did pick this property because I needed to cook… otherwise there is a nice big fridge and the gas cooker is great, and lots of sharp knives for food prep. The bedroom could also do with a refresh… it’s important to have more sleeping cushions than less to accommodate different sized people, and the only to sleeping cushions provided were XL which I found extremely uncomfortable and almost unusable. I did suffer some sleepless nights and a sore neck due to this. Extra towels would be appreciated for someone who had paid for 5 nights.

quite remote if you don’t have a scooter, there is no air con in the living room so all day was hard to get work done with the heat, on top of that the wifi is terrible if you plan to come to this villa for work, i’d advise a different location
