The staff is amazing. The location as well The rooms are big and it's a quiet place (we loved it) Still a fee min walking to everything around

We had a bad smell from the toilet and the staff moved us to another room

The property was bright, clean and spacious. The balcony was secluded behind tropical plants which gave a sense of privacy. The area is very quiet and peaceful but just a minute walk to the main road in one direction and the beach in the other. There was a Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods although I wasn’t able to find more pods in the supermarkets. Hunny, Mimi and the other staff there were all lovely, friendly and hospitable. We felt very safe, comfortable and welcome there.

Nothing really. The only very minor thing I could mention is that the kitchen is lightly equipped but we ate out mostly and were still able to cook a dinner for 3.

An incredible place to stay in Chaloklum. Location was perfect, only 5 mins walk to the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. 7/11 only 2 mins away, so perfect if you don't drive. The apartment we stayed in was nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Aircon worked very well, both in the common area and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included which was tasty and fresh. The property manager was incredibly friendly and assisted us with scooter rental. We would absolutely come back to Boonya Swiss home for our next stay in Koh Phangan.

Bedroom and bathrooms doors had no locks and don't close fully so lacked a little bit of privacy. Only one mirror in the apartment which was hard to reach if we needed to put contact lenses/makeup on. Would have liked more thai food on the breakfast menu.

Location was perfect, a great place to relax and slow down. the pool was a great bonus. lovely people, the village is special, we loved it.

Best bed we had in ko phangan, comfy room.

The location was fantastic, air con worked well, the apartment was great for a family and the staff were lovely.
