Neiva River House - Azenha Next to the River

VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, a EMBARRASSMENT of a Rental Property WE WANT a minimum of 50% REFUND !!!!!!!!!! We were SCAMMED by the owners MISLEADING photos and FALSE reviews. We NEED BOOKING.com CUSTOMER Service to contact us.

FALSE advertisement, the advertised photos are from 4 years ago. The house HAS NOT been maintained and the photos DO NOT reflect the current TERRIBLE condition. WIFI is very POOR, cannot be used in the entire house The beds are HARD and very small (CHEAP JUNK). BEDROOMS had nothing except a stick to HANG our clothes, this was primitive cheap excuse for furniture NO clothes line to hang out TOWELS so that they could dry. MAIN Bathroom door was falling off the wood, would NOT close. The BACK of the house could NOT BE used because of the OVER grown weeds BACK of the house gate lock was falling off and strangers entered our property 5 wild cats would go inside our van and go inside the house, it was a nuisance FRONT gate did NOT close NO water in the early morning, DANGEROUS propane tank Hot water system. Inconsistent Hot water, our friends that stayed in the small house were BURNT from the inconsistent HOT water UNEVEN steps to the bathroom causing several of us to trip and fall Inconsistent door heights causing several of us to hit our heads on the stone NO Heat, NO ventilation in Bathrooms, 2 showers were TOO SMALL for adults NO LIGHT BULBS, missing many light bulbs, very POOR and DANGEROUS LIGHTING. ELECTRICAL kept going in and out causing concern of the POOR wiring in our bedrooms NO shower curtain in main bathroom causing water to go all over the floor making the floor slippery and dangerous, one our guests slipped and FELL ! HOT TUB was FULL of MOLD all the way around. HOT TUB shower head LEAKS water and was being secured with white TAPE, very unprofessional The KITCHEN cabinetry was broken and chipping away above the refrigerator. NO TOILET Paper or paper towels in the kitchen (the other 2 locations that we rented had plenty) NOT enough Towels We stayed one night at a Hotel in FATIMA and one night at a 300 year old house in OBIDOS, also booked through BOOKING.COM ... they were 100% PERFECT. This Neiva House was GARBAGE in comparison to the other 2 locations.
