There were very usefull notes almost everywhere within the building - very helpfull. We have also enjoyed the terrace with a grill. There is an excellent fish market in the city area - however not so close (approx 30 minutes of walking) but you can still use a car as it is easy to park there. Also the nearest shopping mall was open till the midnight which simplified late shopping after the trip to Arrabida park.

The location seemed much better on the map. The nearest playground for infants (Parque Infantil) can't be used at all - it is almost a junkyard. We knew we'll be using a car to drive to Arrabida park, so besides of the playground disapointment the location met the expectation - you probably won't go out for a walk around the area. A washing machine probably requires the cleaning of a filter (we have cleaned some clothes there but it wasn't very successful).
