"Lovely location!...just what we had expected. Upkeep and cleanliness was poor."

Breakfast was not included.

The house had a really foul smell. The management pretended that this was not a problem. Also, no nets on the windows, so if you by chance keep them open, swarms of mosquitoes enter.
