a house with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom; nice arrangement of the rooms makes you feel good there; nice roof terrace; outside the city center (but there is a bus stop nearby); perfectly clean; nice and quiet; the area is fenced, and the house is a bit set back from the road; nice views; nice reception by the owners with a small refreshment; stable internet connection with good speed

Been there for a short stay, the owners where very nice, it's a quiet place with sheep on a field nearby, the house has generous areas, with barbecue witch is great since meat are very good in Terceira. Equipped kitchen everything you need is there.

Stiff mattresses, the house add a smell of being closed.

The host provided us a verbal guide in English of the most interested places to visit and answered questions, also he provided a basket with local treats, It's was vary nice of him. We glad we've chosen this place.

Spacious, comfortable and homey. Nice owners. Had everything we needed.

Even though there were nets on the windows, they were poorly installed and had gaps, so there were many insects and mosquitoes coming in at night. Unfortunately we had sleepless night. If it wasn’t for this we would give 10/10
