Super nice home in a great location all details in the home was well thought out really nice

Water pressure in some bathrooms was low and bottom level water wasn’t heating properly

It is conveniently situated with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities. Overall, it provided a comfortable and convenient living experience."

While the property had potential, our overall experience fell short of expectations. There were several issues that impacted the quality of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the unit had not been properly cleaned. The garage had a strong odor due to unremoved trash, and basic items such as towels and washcloths were dirty and worn. Closets also contained miscellaneous clutter, which gave the impression that the space was not fully prepared for guests. This was a leisure trip with a group of church members, and we had planned to cook meals during our stay. Unfortunately, the stove and oven were not functional. After looking up the error code, we discovered the issue was due to a faulty fan. Despite reaching out to the property owner for assistance, we received no response throughout the duration of our stay. While the property looks appealing on paper and is in a great location, it ultimately did not meet the standards we expected. A bit more care and responsiveness from the host could have made a significant difference

The pics do it no justice! The house was beautiful and a perfect location downtown! The owner was very accommodating. We I HIGHLY recommended this property for any type of stay in Houston!

What I didn’t like it was old food left in the garage and it was 4 of us and wasn’t nothing but two chairs at the table the rooftop was nasty

The lock box was broken, and the front doors were open. The walls, closets, floors, and drawers were nasty. The primary bedroom door was broken, and the bed had hair and dark spots on the bedding. The primary restroom had dirty towels in the drawers. The floor was sticky, and the towels were dingy and nasty. The patio door on the second floor was also broken, and the closets were all dirty.
